Septic systems done right the first time

A septic system is one of the few parts of your property you should never have to think about. We handle full installations and replacements: excavation, tank setting, distribution, leach field construction, and final grading, all coordinated with your engineer and local board of health.

Because we control the excavation, the bedding, and the backfill, we can stand behind the whole system, not just the parts. Compaction and drainage are engineered in from the first bucket of soil.

What we install

  • New septic system installations for homes and businesses

  • Failed system replacements and Title 5 upgrades

  • Tank setting, distribution boxes, and leach fields

  • Final grading, loam, and site restoration

How often this work is needed

Tanks should be pumped every two to three years for a typical household, and a properly built system lasts decades. Inspections come due at sale, and any expansion of bedrooms usually triggers a review.

What affects the price

Septic pricing depends on system size, soil and perc results, how far the tank sits from the house, ledge or groundwater, and whether the design calls for a pump chamber. Title 5 replacements also carry engineering and permitting costs set by your town, which we coordinate but do not control.

When it counts as urgent

Sewage backing up, standing water or odor over the leach field, or a failed Title 5 inspection during a sale are urgent. Call us the same day; we can often get a system excavated and set within days of design approval.
