What we need from you before we start

Approved plans, a clear property line, and any known constraints save weeks. If there is an old septic system, a buried oil tank, a well, or a wetland flag anywhere on the parcel, tell us on the first walk rather than after the machines arrive. We can design around almost anything if we know about it early. Discovering it mid-dig is what turns a predictable schedule into a change order and a stalled site.
